The entire Inner-Chi Wellness facility has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling. The bathroom is brand new and all building materials and paint are bio-friendly, non-toxic, and recycleable.
All rooms are directly accessible from the main waiting/reception area, which is open to all renting practitioners.
As a renting practitioner at Inner-Chi, you will also have access to a small, private employee kitchen area located at the back of the wellness center featuring a mid-size refrigerator, cold and hot water dispenser, toaster oven, full sink and sitting area with a small table.
The bathroom facility at Inner-Chi is handicapped accessible and has a shower (no tub) for guests to rinse off after massage, sauna and foot bath sessions.
All renting practitioners are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their clients after using any treatment room, bathroom and/or employee kitchen facilities.
Pricing
All treatment rooms are $20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on room size and availability. This applies to weekday and weekend room rentals.
Monthly rentals are also available. We are looking for a complimentary core of professionals to join our team!

Rental Policies
• Pre-payment is required to guarantee a treatment room reservation.
• Rental periods do NOT include consultation set-up, breakdown, client checkout/payment time, or
session overtime. Additional rental time for overtime will be negotiated on an "as needed"
basis. This may require moving to an empty room if the current room is rented to another
practitioner immediately following the previously scheduled session.
• Please be respectful of others working at the Inner-Chi Wellness facility. Please keep the volume of
noise during your consultation to an acceptable level at all times.
• A 48-hour room rental cancellation will be strictly enforced. Otherwise, the room rental fee will be
the sole responsibility of the rentee.
• Treatement room(s), employee break area, bathroom and waiting area MUST be returned to their
original condition upon rental completion. A clean-up fee of $15.00 PER ROOM will be apply if any
of the aforementioned areas are left cluttered or dirty.
• Management, staff, nor other rental practitioners will be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen
items during rental periods.
