What is Massage Therapy?

Simply stated... Massage Therapy is a manual therapeutic technique involving varying degrees of pressure to perform structural manipulation of muscle and soft tissue.  Massage therapy is rooted in both Eastern and Western health philosophies and is proven to promote increased well being.
